GREY IS THE NEW BLACK

Last week I had a visit that kept me VERY busy! My dearest sister and her boyfriend came to visit, 

and these are some pictures we took together last Sunday in Hyde Park. 

We were both wearing grey coats and dressed in black, so pictures were necessary! 
Although not noticeable by her height, my sister is three years younger than me, 

and the most beautiful woman I know, inside and out ♥ I miss you!

La semana pasada tuve una visita que me mantuvo MUY ocupada!! Mi queridísima hermana y su novio vinieron a visitarme, 

y estas son unas fotos que nos sacamos juntas el domingo por Hyde Park. Las dos con abrigos grises y vestidas de negro, 

estabamos para foto si o si!! Aunque no lo parezca por la altura, mi hermana es tres años menor que yo, 

y la persona más guapa por dentro y fuera que conozco ♥ I miss you!

NEW YEAR'S INSPIRATION

I like to wear brand new clothes for the last night of the year, a new year should start with a new dress, right? ;P

However, I try to chose "reusable" dresses, in order to give them more use throughout the year.

Me gusta estrenar conjuntos en la última noche del año, un nuevo año debe comenzar con vestido nuevo, ¿a que sí? ;P

TURTLENECKS FOR FALL

Yes, turtlenecks are back! 

This classic staple has graced the necks of countless style icons (think: Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Jackie O). 

Seeing it on the runway wasn’t necessarily a surprise, but the twists and new edgy additions designers 

threw into the classic definitely were. Turtlenecks aren't boring and I've found some modern day inspiration 

to help get your turtleneck out of the closet and onto the streets!

Pues sí, los jerseys de cuello alto están de vuelta!

Este clásico básico ha sido llevado por infinidad de iconos de estilo (como Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Jackie O).

Por ello no me ha sorprendido verlo en las pasarelas, y me han encantado las aportaciones modernas que los diseñadores 

han añadido para desacerse del look clásico y aburrido. Os dejo con unas imágenes de inspiración para que

OVER-THE-KNEE BOOTS

Boot season is upon us! That's why today I want to talk about a subject that causes 

quite a bit of confusion among the masses: Over the knee boots.

Many are unsure about how to integrate this item into their daily wear...You either love them or you hate them.

Over the knee boots add a touch of sex appeal and can be paired with a wide variety of pieces.

HOWEVER a few women have ruined by wearing them with too short minis, a la Pretty Woman. 

Don't be that girl. Instead, take the classy route with these boots and let them be a staple of your 2013 winter wardrobe.

La temporada de botas ya ha llegado! Por ello hoy quiero hablar de un tema que crea confusión entre las masas: 

Las botas sobre la rodilla, con las que casi todas tenemos una relación de amor-odio...

A muchas nos cuesta integrar este zapato en nuestros looks de diario. Yo opino que llevadas de la manera correcta 

pueden aportar un toque muy sexy y se pueden combinar de muchas maneras diferentes.

SIN EMBARGO algunas mujeres han arruinado su imagen al combinarlas con minis muy cortas, al estilo Pretty Woman... 

Eso es lo que no debemos hacer. Por ello os dejo con una serie de imágenes que

FASHION POTPOURRI

Today's post is all about a photo potpourri  from fashion week. Beginning and ending with street style full 

of extravagance and glamour. The photos of the fashion show are from Lacoste, where once again pastels 

were the main trend, dominating a very classic collection where the designer played a lot with textures. 

As you can see, Lacoste had a VIP front row, where you could find Scott Schuman, 

Miroslava Duma or Caroline Issa among others.

Hoy os dejo con un popurrí de la semana de la moda. Empezando y terminando con looks callejeros 

de lo más extravagantes. Las fotos del desfile son del show de Lacoste; una vez más los tonos pasteles fueron 

la tendencia principal, dominando una colección muy clásica con mucho juego de texturas . 

Como veís Lacoste contó con una primela fila de lujo, entre los que estaban Scott Schuman, 

Miroslava Duma o Caroline Issa entre otros.
